So a new year starts with all good intentions. Last year I tried all sorts of new things from up-cycling an ugly dresser and grim free dining table, to sewing new bags for friends, making skirts for the toddler and making my own stencils for the hallway walls.
At the years close I realised that I had learned a fair bit and had a great deal of fun along the way. I thought that there would probably be many other people doing just the same, that might appreciate a few ideas and tips on how to ( and not to do!) things.
So here is a shiny new blog, to start this shiny new year, lets get making...
